AL focuses on fighting social ills such as gender-based violence, child abuse, teenage pregnancy and substance abuse. Al further supports the elderly, the impoverished, the disabled, child-headed households and orphaned children through various programmes. By making a difference through education, prevention, counselling, personal and community capacity building, outreach and referral networks, they aim to enable impoverished communities to improve their lives by reducing stigma, ignorance, and shame. Since 2001 AL Organization has been actively working toward this goal and was registered in 2006 as an official NPO based in rural Northern KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. Since then, they have been able to reach over 500.000 beneficiaries with their work. 

Impact 4 Africa is a social enterprise that exists because they care for the planet and its people. They help non profit organisations to maximise their social and environmental impact by offering organisational support. Their aim is to create resilient organisations and make the world a more liveable place.

FREEME Wildlife is a registered, fully permitted facility established to undertake the care and rehabilitation of sick and injured wildlife. Their vision is to be a world-class, self-sustaining, leading rehabilitation facility for indigenous wildlife in Southern Africa, using the “One Health” approach.  With a mission to rehabilitate and release indigenous wildlife back into a natural habitat, whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards and furthering conservation by playing a role in engaging with wildlife professionals, volunteers, learners and members of the public.

As Wild As is a UK NPO supporting wildlife conservation in Southern Africa, formed in November 2014. They draw inspiration from volunteer and bush experiences, as well as the fight to keep the ever reducing wild environment for the creatures and nature that exist there. Their specialist focus is on keeping conservation projects going and reserve management effective where funds have run out or emergency situations have arisen and help is needed urgently to resolve a situation and get things back on track protecting animals and the people protecting them and the local community.

PeteMed is a South African based company that provides a commercial product for the pet industry that neutralizes poisons and toxins before they are systemically absorbed. The company was started to solve a growing poisonings problem and to contribute to environmental causes and functions as a social enterprise. The product is provided charitably to wildlife organisations in South Africa for use on K9 units as well as wildlife that have either purposefully or accidentally been poisoned.
